Company Information
The predefined settings for sales, purchasing, production, and delivery operations can be managed from this screen.

Currency
This is the currency used for processes such as total order value, bills of materials, and operation costs. For example, if raw materials in a bill of materials are acquired in multiple currencies, the total cost is calculated by converting them into the selected currency.

Default Sales Location
This is the location selected by default when creating a new order. During the order creation process, this information can be updated to use a different location.

Default Purchasing Location
This is the location selected by default when creating a new purchase. During the purchasing process, this information can be updated to use a different location.

Default Production Location
This is the location selected by default when creating a new work order. During the work order creation process, this information can be updated to use a different location.

Default Delivery Time
The default delivery time represents the number of days required to complete an order. For example, if the default delivery time is set to 10, an order created on the 1st of the month is expected to be completed on the 11th (1 + 10). This information can be modified for each order during the order creation process.

Default Production Time
The default production time represents the number of days required to complete a work order. For example, if the default production time is set to 10, a work order created on the 1st of the month is expected to be completed on the 11th (1 + 10). This information can be modified for each work order during the work order creation process.

Sales Invoice Prefix
This refers to the prefix used in order numbers. Order numbers are generated by appending sequential numbers starting from 1 to the defined prefix. For example: SO-01, SO-02, SO-03, and so on.

Purchase Invoice Prefix
This refers to the prefix used in purchase order numbers. Purchase order numbers are generated by appending sequential numbers starting from 1 to the defined prefix. For example: PO-01, PO-02, PO-03, and so on.

Work Order Prefix
This refers to the prefix used in work order numbers. Work order numbers are generated by appending sequential numbers starting from 1 to the defined prefix. For example: WO-01, WO-02, WO-03, and so on.
