How can I start using the Skala?

You can use Skala free of charge for 14 days after completing the registration form by clicking the “Try for Free” button on the main page. After this period, if you decide to switch to a paid subscription, you can continue by choosing either a monthly or annual subscription.

Is our data safe with Skala cloud-based software?

Yes, Skala keeps all your data safe and accessible with its cloud structure.
Skala has a cloud-based structure, so all your data is securely stored and easily accessible from any device at any time. Also, regularly backing up your data minimizes the risk of data loss. Its cloud-based nature also simplifies the installation of the software and customers do not need to purchase their own servers or computers.

Will the data I entered on the panel during the trial be deleted when the trial period ends?

No, all the data you have entered in the Scale during the trial period will not be deleted unless you request it. Even after your trial period ends, you can log in to Skala with your same membership information and continue from where you left off with any of our subscription options. If you want to delete your data, you can clear the information in your account by logging in to Scale and clicking the Delete All Data button on the Settings page.

Do I need to purchase any licenses or hardware to use it?

No. Skala is a cloud (web) based service, it does not require any investment or installation. It works with subscription method. You can log in to your account from anywhere you have internet access by logging in with the e-mail address you provided and the password you specified when you registered with Skala.

Do you need training to use it?

Thanks to its extremely easy use, the scale is designed to be used by small and medium-sized companies without the need for extra training and personnel. It is easy to use and the interface is simple. You can watch videos prepared for different scenarios on Skala Youtube channel.

Can I use Skala without internet?

Skala is a web (cloud) based application. You must have internet to access your Skala account. All the data you enter in the scale is kept in the cloud and you can access this data whenever and wherever you want via computer, tablet or smartphone.

Can I do my accounting transactions with the Skala?

Yes, Skala works integrated with accounting programs and allows you to manage your invoice processes. Skala MRP software helps businesses manage their financial data, thanks to its ability to work integrated with different accounting programs. You can transfer your accounting data to Skala MRP software and also receive it in the form of many standard reports and forms for accounting transactions.
