Yes. Skala moves your data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL), backs it up regularly and uses role-based permissions so every user only sees their own screens. You can access it securely from any device with an internet connection.

No. The data you enter during the trial is kept. When the trial ends, log in with the same credentials, start your subscription and carry on where you left off. If you prefer, you can remove all your data with the “Delete All Data” option on the Settings screen.

No. Skala is a fully web-based cloud system; it requires no server, licence or special hardware. You can log in from a computer, tablet or smartphone. For barcode warehouse operations, Skala WMS runs on standard Android devices.

Skala is designed so production teams can use it without extra training. During setup our specialists still support your team one-on-one, and step-by-step instructions are available in the user guide and on the Skala YouTube channel.

No. Skala runs in the cloud, so you need an internet connection to access it. In return, your data is available from the office, the workshop, the warehouse or the field at the same time.

Yes. Skala Operator for operators on the shop floor and Skala WMS for barcode warehouse operations run on Android and iOS and are available with your subscription.

Skala is not a bookkeeping program; it integrates with your accounting software. With the Paraşüt, Logo İşbaşı, Mikro, KolayBi and BizimHesap integrations, stock, contacts and invoices flow across without being entered twice.

Yes. Skala supports make-to-order, make-to-stock, recipe (formula) based and contract manufacturing models. Furniture, textile, food, chemical, metal and packaging manufacturers use the same platform.

Skala combines production planning, work orders, bill of materials (BOM) management, barcode, lot and serial number tracking, quality control, inventory and warehouse management, purchasing, order and shipping management, and reporting on one platform.

You define your recipes in detail; operators are guided step by step during production and barcode checks prevent wrong or missing raw materials. Used materials are deducted from stock automatically and the cost of every batch is calculated correctly.

You follow warehouse movements in real time. Receiving, transfers and counts speed up with barcodes and handheld terminals; by setting minimum stock levels you prevent production stoppages and lower your inventory cost. See the inventory management page for details.

The Basic plan includes 1 user, Standard up to 5 users and Enterprise unlimited users.

Plans scale with your yearly number of sales orders (500 / 5,000 / unlimited). When your volume grows you can move up a plan or ask for a project-based solution.
