KVKK Privacy Notice

As the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Skala Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Skala") processes the personal data of people who visit skalasuite.com, fill in its forms or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email as described in this notice.
This notice covers the website. Data processed in the Skala app (mrp.skalasuite.com) on behalf of our customers is governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Commercial electronic messages such as newsletters are only sent if you separately opt in under Law No. 6563.
4. How we collect data
Through the forms on our website (demo, call back, downloads, savings calculator, partner application), phone, WhatsApp and email conversations, and cookies and similar technologies, by automated or partly automated means.
5. Transfers
- Service providers (processors): hosting (Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt), CRM (Zoho), team notifications (Slack), email and measurement (Google).
- Ad platforms: only with marketing consent, to platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok; contact details are sent as SHA-256 hashes, never in plain text.
- Authorities and our legal and financial advisers where required by law or to protect a right.
As some of these providers' servers are located abroad, personal data may be transferred abroad in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Transfers through cookies are based on your explicit consent.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Your cookie choice is kept for 1 year, ad click ids for up to 90 days and campaign (utm) data for up to 30 days.

8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us to:
- confirm whether your personal data is processed and, if so, provide information about it,
- tell you the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- name the third parties in Turkey or abroad it is transferred to,
- correct incomplete or inaccurate data,
- delete or destroy it under the conditions of Article 7,
- notify third parties it was transferred to of such corrections or deletions,
- object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- compensate any damage caused by unlawful processing.
You can withdraw consent-based processing at any time.
9. How to apply

No:4/1 İç Kapı No:2, 34758 Ataşehir / İstanbul, or by email from the address registered with us or signed with a secure electronic / mobile signature to info@skalasuite.com. We answer within 30 days free of charge; if the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Authority may apply.
