Questions about the features

Do I buy the modules separately?

No. Production, inventory, orders, purchasing, planning, warehouse and reporting come together in every plan. The operator app, full traceability, AI forecasting and the warehouse app are added as add-on apps and are included in higher plans. Details are on the pricing page.

How many levels can a BOM (product tree) have?

You can define multi-level BOMs including semi-finished goods. When a work order is opened, material requirements across all levels are calculated automatically.

Is there lot, serial number and expiry date tracking?

Yes. With full traceability you track stock by batch and serial number with expiry and warranty dates, and map your production history backwards.

Can I define custom fields and print templates?

Yes. You can add custom fields to stock cards and documents and design PDF templates for your company. How to do it

Can user permissions be configured?
